Refund Policy

The refund/exchange policy lasts for 28 days from the time your parcel arrives via signed for delivery. If 28 days have past, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the product has become a 'Sale' or 'on Offer' product with in the last 28 days, then a refund of an original order will not be accepted in exchange for the cheaper product. Only an exchange may take place.

I offer FREE returns for all customers. The customer is required to print off any returns labels for their order at home. These labels will be emailed to the customer from my Website.  The cost of returning an order will be covered by me but the label is required by the courier service I use, therefor it must be added to the parcel ready for collection at an arranged time by the courier.

For items that get delivered by Royal Mail an email will also be sent. Dropping off the parcel to be returned at your local post office is essential. 

Replacement products will not be sent out until the original order has been returned. 

If the item has been damaged in the post please send an email containing images of the damaged item, making sure that part of the SkinnyDaz design on your item is visible. You can contact me at hello@darrenmosesart.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 - 7 days. Paypal is usually immediately after the refund is authorised.

Refunds do not take place until the original order has been returned or proof of damage in transit has been supplied.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
